Credentialing for Nurses

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Coming Soon

MFA adds an extra layer of protection by requiring a second form of verification when logging in - beyond your password. This helps prevent unauthorised access and safeguards sensitive information.

Key benefits:

  • Enhanced security for your account and personal data
  • Protection against unauthorized access
  • Backup recovery options if your primary method is unavailable

How it works:

  • After entering your username and password, you’ll verify your identity using one of the following methods:
    • Authenticator App (scan a QR code and enter a time-based code)
    • Email Verification (receive a one-time code via email)

When is this happening?
MFA will become available soon, and we strongly encourage all users to enable it.

What you need to do:

  • Watch for prompts during login to set up MFA
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to complete signing in
  • Keep your recovery codes safe in case you lose access to your device
